Practical Information

• Bicycles: Your bikes can be stored safely on the ground floor.

• Parking: There is ample public parking within walking distance of the apartment.

• Cleaning: We kindly ask you to leave the accommodation tidy. We take care of professional cleaning and laundering of linens after departure.
   

Payment Policy

• Reservation: The full amount is charged at the time of booking.

• Last-minute: For spontaneous bookings, payment can be made on-site via payment app or in cash.

• Rates: All prices are in Euro, including VAT, tourist tax, and all other taxes.
   

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 7 days before arrival: Free cancellation.

• Less than 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.

• No-show or same-day cancellation: The full amount will be charged.​​
